Demonstrations began on May 26, 2020 and continued throughout the entire month of June. It became a global movement against racism and police brutality that took place around the world. in over 60 countries.
I can't recall seeing one news presentation focusing on the eye (and mind) opening fact that so many white people have thrown their support behind the BLM movement. I would like very much to hear from and about some of these brave and honorable people.
The Whites who stood up against racism, were willing to put themselves in harm's way for the good of our society. They should be honored and highlighted in the news. This is a pivotal time in US history and these many thousands of people haven't been given the CREDIT they deserve. However, meanwhile, the right wing news has not hesitated to portray the protests in the worst way they can.
